Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student enquiries and student-related matters.
  • Support student enrolment, orientation, progression, deferment, transfer, and graduation processes.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
  • Coordinate student activities, workshops, welfare initiatives, and engagement programmes.
  • Ensure timely and professional support throughout the student lifecycle.

Internship & Career Development

  • Source and secure internship opportunities with companies and industry partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organisations and employers.
  • Develop new industry partnerships to support internship and graduate employment opportunities.
  • Match students with suitable internship placements based on programme requirements and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate internship onboarding, placement documentation, and employer communications.
  • Monitor students' internship progress and provide support throughout the internship period.
  • Organise career fairs, employer networking events, industry talks, and employability workshops.
  • Maintain internship databases, employer records, and placement reports.

Compliance & Operational Support

  • Support Student's Pass administration and related documentation where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and institutional events.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resource Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

  • Experience in student services, education administration, customer service, career services, internship coordination, recruitment, sales, business development, or employer engagement will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Passion for supporting students and enhancing their educational journey.
  • Confident in engaging employers and external stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
