Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
  • Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Monitor work progress, productivity, quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors and workers.
  • Ensure materials, tools and equipment are available for daily operations.
  • Identify and resolve site issues and operational problems.
  • Maintain daily work records, attendance and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations and project schedules.
  • Provide guidance and support to workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in construction, electrical or engineering projects.
  • Good knowledge of site operations and workforce coordination.
  • Able to lead, supervise and communicate effectively with workers and management.
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willing to work on construction sites and meet project deadlines.
  • Relevant technical qualification or experience will be an advantage.
