1. Team Management & Supervision
- Supervise, guide, and support beauticians and junior staff
- Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance
- Train new employees on treatments, products, and service standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
2. Client Service & Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Recommend suitable treatments and beauty products to clients
- Build long-term client relationships
3. Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon/spa operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage inventory of products and supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers and place orders when needed
4. Service Quality Control
- Ensure all treatments meet professional standards
- Stay updated on latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain consistency in service delivery
5. Sales & Revenue Support
- Promote services, packages, and retail products
- Support achieving sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell services
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
- Proven experience as a beautician or senior therapist (2–5 years preferred)
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facials, and beauty treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
