Able to lead and motivate a small team, assign daily tasks and manage shift schedules

Basic inventory management skills, including stock ordering, receiving, stock-taking and monitoring stock levels

Able to handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner

Basic knowledge of sales reporting and daily operational records

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand for long periods and perform light physical work such as carrying or arranging stock
