JobDescription

  • Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out works at production sites to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule and required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials and installation meet the required standards.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment to ensure efficient site utilisation.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Identify site issues, coordinate rectification works and report progress, delays or technical concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating site measurements, material deliveries, installation works and handover activities.
  • Maintain proper site records, including daily work progress, site inspections and other relevant documentation.

JobRequirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation or building construction works.
  • Experience supervising interior fit-out works, such as partitioning, ceiling works, flooring, carpentry, painting and other finishing works.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings and site specifications.
  • Good knowledge of site coordination, construction methods, workmanship standards and workplace safety requirements.
  • Able to supervise workers and subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades on site.
  • Responsible, hands-on, organised and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight project schedules and meet project deadlines.
