About the Role:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of our new Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Singapore, working across our APAC markets to help shape how Taco Bell’s supply chain strategy is translated into action.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of global strategy, regional priorities, supply chain, operations, and franchise engagement. You will work across a highly matrixed organization, partnering with global teams, regional stakeholders, franchisee organizations, and external partners to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create value across the Taco Bell system.

A key part of the role will be understanding the global and regional supply chain strategy and translating it into practical, scalable initiatives that are relevant for our franchisees and markets. You will act as a critical connector between strategy and execution — helping franchisees understand the "why," translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and influencing adoption to deliver measurable business impact.

You will not simply develop strategies or recommendations. You will be expected to influence without direct authority, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, challenge conventional thinking, and turn opportunities into results.

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and energized by growth — someone who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, brings fresh thinking, and can identify opportunities to create value where others may not see them.

The Day-to-Day:

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

  • Co-define regional supply chain strategy, in collaboration with Category Leads (regional and global)
  • Provide input to AOP/strategic planning process, periodic review and update of strategic plans. Direct provision of management information for development of Annual Budget and Operating Plan. Achieve budgeted price levels.
  • Lead supply chain business intelligence including commodity trends, oversight of pricing and volume data by market
  • Provide insight on regulatory landscape and import/export restrictions in APAC

Franchisee Support

  • Collaborate with franchisee supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted supply
  • Oversee translation of company initiatives into Franchisee markets and provide Franchisees with timely advice and execution of initiatives. Consult and manage franchisee relationships.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Food Innovation and Quality Assurance) to support new product launches in market
  • Share tools and best practices across markets

COGS Optimization

  • Identify and drive food, beverage and packaging cost improvement opportunities to deliver store-level margin improvement
  • Collaborate with Category leads to mitigate inflation
  • Consult and liaise with operations (and other Departments i.e. Marketing) to enable effective execution and maximization of designated supply chain initiatives. Oversee and support spend smarter and build smarter program, designed to achieve sales and profitability objectives

New Market Entry

  • Support new market entry, leading Supply Chain assessments, strategy for short term and long-term profitability, and market launch

Why Taco Bell?

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the foodservice, retail, or franchise sector
  • Strong knowledge of global supply chain processes, inventory management, logistics, and procurement
  • Experience with supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts and relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
