About the Role
A leading global technology company is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to support supplier onboarding and integration activities within a large-scale Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformation program.
This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional readiness activities for Spares supplier onboarding, managing supplier and logistics dependencies, maintaining integrated project plans, and ensuring risks, issues, and decisions are identified and escalated in a timely manner.
You will work across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process teams to ensure suppliers and partners are fully prepared for operational and system go-live.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with supply chain integration, supplier onboarding, service-parts planning, or transformation program experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple L2C integration phases and manage cross-phase dependencies.
- Track milestones, deliverables, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Maintain a single source of truth for supplier onboarding status and overall readiness.
- Facilitate recurring workstream meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, and drive timely closure of actions.
- Develop onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation trackers.
Supplier & Partner Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers, and other external partners.
- Track supplier readiness across process, system, data, finance, trading structure, service, repair, returns, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics requirements.
- Coordinate supplier communication covering onboarding expectations, timelines, documentation, process changes, and operational handoffs.
- Ensure required onboarding documentation and deliverables are completed, validated, and available for transition or operational handoff.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Drive alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process owners.
- Identify cross-workstream conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps.
- Work closely with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to ensure supplier onboarding aligns with technical and business readiness.
- Ensure onboarding activities remain aligned with L2C governance, stage-gate requirements, change management plans, and program priorities.
Risk, Governance & Reporting
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision records, and milestone plans.
- Identify blockers and escalate issues and decisions with clear facts, options, impacts, owners, and recommended next steps.
- Prepare leadership-ready status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, and Steering Committee materials.
- Monitor onboarding deliverables and ensure execution remains on schedule.
- Track deferred decisions, open dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization actions through closure.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project governance, onboarding processes, reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
- Recommend improvements that reduce execution risk and strengthen accountability.
- Support the transition from interim processes to optimized Phase 4 capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, service supply chain, or related integration programs.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional project plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision records, stakeholder meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple workstreams and phased program delivery.
- Experience managing complex dependencies, competing priorities, and time-sensitive deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving transformation environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, or similar project management and collaboration tools.

- Experience in service-parts planning or technology-enabled supply chain transformation.
- Experience managing global supplier and logistics networks.
