Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Engineering
  • Position Title: Surface Treatment Technician
  • Working Location: Jurong
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform anodizing, chemical film coating, passivation and other surface treatment processes.
  • Follow work instructions and process requirements to maintain consistent quality.
  • Prepare and handle chemicals safely according to established procedures.
  • Monitor process conditions such as temperature, chemical concentration and processing time.
  • Conduct visual checks on finished components.
  • Complete production and inspection records accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • GCE “O” Level, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in anodizing, chemical film coating, passivation or other surface treatment processes is an advantage.
  • Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Able to work safely and responsibly in a chemical-processing environment.
  • Experience in precision engineering, aerospace or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
