Job Description

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex system architectures while ensuring seamless integration across multiple technical domains.

The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented and analytical approach to solving challenging engineering problems and will work efficiently to deliver high-quality system solutions.

Design and develop comprehensive system architectures that meet organizational and technical requirements

Conduct detailed technical analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate system concepts and alternatives

Manage system integration activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of integration testing

Document technical specifications, requirements, and design documentation with precision and clarity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive system development

Analyze and validate system requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor system performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies

Participate in design reviews and technical assessments to maintain system quality and integrity

Qualifications

Proven experience in system engineering, system design, or systems architecture roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges

Proficiency in requirements analysis, documentation, and technical specification development

Experience with system modeling tools and methodologies

Demonstrated ability to manage system integration and testing activities

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in systems engineering

Excellent organizational and project coordination skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams - Experience with configuration management and change control processes Familiarity with agile or iterative development environments - Experience in system performance analysis and optimization
