We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across Technology and corporate functions while executing advanced sourcing strategies to map external market landscapes. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, leveraging recruitment data, regional market insights, and Generative AI tools to calibrate talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and secure high-impact hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively track industry talent movements and construct structural maps of external talent pools to identify potential candidates ahead of business demand.
- Apply robust assessment standards and structured debriefs to differentiate top performers and maintain uncompromising hiring standards.
- Execute targeted headhunting campaigns for hard-to-fill technical and niche skill sets, cultivating long-term talent pipelines beyond standard application channels.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate recruitment metrics, using candidate availability and market density signals to adjust sourcing tactics dynamically.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leaders to diagnose talent needs, guide talent strategy, and drive alignment on selection choices.
- Integrate generative AI solutions into daily recruitment workflows to accelerate candidate research, optimize profile ranking, and automate scheduling logistics.
- Assist in designing and executing university engagement efforts, recruitment marketing initiatives, and candidate outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least7 years of full-cycle, in-house recruitment experience, with a core focus on software, product, or data engineering roles alongside corporate functions.
- Proven capability to advise senior leadership, challenge hiring assumptions with market realities, and guide strategic hiring decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency in proactive direct-search techniques, including complex Boolean logic, specialized talent databases, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Experience researching competitor org structures and charting passive candidate landscapes across regional or global talent hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate raw recruitment funnel metrics and market supply data into practical hiring plans.
- Direct experience incorporating generative AI productivity platforms and modern recruitment technologies into daily workflows.
- Prior exposure to Southeast Asian candidate landscapes and country-specific hiring dynamics is an advantage
- Prior involvement in university outreach, talent engagement initiatives, or employer branding campaigns is an advantage
