Job Summary

Retail Boutique Supervisor

Passionate about luxury men's accessories. You will lead, mentor, and oversee daily counter operations to deliver an unparalleled luxury service experience to our clients. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing premium inventory, and maintaining impeccable brand standards both online and in-store at the prestigious

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coaching: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve individual and counter sales targets. Provide hands-on training to ensure team members deliver expert styling and product knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee VIP customer engagement and ensure the team provides a world-class luxury service experience. Effectively handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily counter operations, including stock management, strict inventory auditing, accurate transaction handling, and opening/closing protocols. Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance metrics to the Store Manager.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional counter presentation and merchandise organization in strict alignment with the brand's global luxury guidelines and Takashimaya's retail expectations.
  • Staff Management: Assist with team scheduling, attendance management, and task delegation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in premium fashion, watches, or luxury men's accessories. Prior experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Team Leader, or Retail Supervisor is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership potential, interpersonal communication, and a proven personal sales track record. Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
  • Attributes: Proactive, solution-oriented, and commercially minded with an eye for luxury visual aesthetics.
