Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Faculty members in the preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, practical sessions and other teaching activities.
- Support the preparation of teaching materials, presentations, assignments, assessments and other course-related resources.
- Supervise and monitor student projects, internships, theses or other academic activities where required and qualified.
- Provide academic and administrative support to students and assist with routine student enquiries.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of Undergraduate and Graduate programmes, including programme activities, examinations and related documentation.
- Support Faculty members in academic projects, research activities and collaborative initiatives with TUM, NTU/SIT and other partners.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences and other academic events.
- Handling various scholarships and grants.
- Prepare reports, presentations and programme-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Deliver programme briefings to prospective students and other stakeholders.
- Provide academic input to marketing and recruitment activities relating to EEIT programmes.
- Support engagement activities with prospective students, partner institutions and industry stakeholders
- Assist with student recruitment activities, including fairs, talks and information sessions.
- To support in screening work and administrative work during Admission cycle.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials and other documents as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and IT, or a closely related discipline. Candidates who hold a Master’s Degree and are currently pursuing a PhD will have an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in teaching, tutoring, education, academic administration in education industry. Fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience may also be considered.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Faculty members and the wider team.
- Responsible, proactive, hands-on and willing to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
- Good command of English. Ability to understand German is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel occasionally to support student recruitment fairs, talks and other academic events.
- Able to manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
