About Us 1M Technology is a regional technology group managing high-growth digital platforms across multiple markets. We operate with a lean, high-trust team and move fast. The Role Lead the planning, analysis, design and delivery of software products by bridging business requirements with technical execution. You will work closely with engineering teams to design secure, scalable and high-performance systems, and make informed product decisions that balance business needs, technical constraints and long-term maintainability. What You Will Do

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Define product vision, feature priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
  • Lead project planning, delivery schedules, resource coordination and risk management.
  • Work with software architects and engineering teams to design secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Analyse system workflows, APIs, databases, integrations and technical dependencies.
  • Coordinate Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX and Infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review solution designs for security, scalability, reliability and operational readiness.
  • Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning and production deployment.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, estimation and release planning.
  • Analyse user feedback and operational metrics to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis or Software Delivery.
  • Strong technical background in software development, systems analysis or solution architecture.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise, SaaS or cloud-based software products in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, REST APIs, databases, microservices, system integrations and distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of cloud-native architecture and the AWS ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, encryption and secure API design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, release management and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solutions Architect or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Experience with high-availability, distributed or mission-critical systems.
  • Experience in payment platforms, fintech or other high-transaction environments.
