You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Management to translate complex technologies into clear product requirements, compelling solutions and successful market offerings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, customers and business.

  • Develop product positioning, use cases and value propositions for different industries and customer segments.

Product Development

  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with R&D and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage product requirements, feature prioritization, development milestones and product release readiness.
  • Participate in product testing, validation and acceptance to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, engineering execution and commercial objectives.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, pain points and use cases.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
  • Support proof-of-concept activities, customer evaluations and product demonstrations when required.
  • Work with Sales and Business Development teams to address technical and product-related customer requirements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

Product Launch & Commercialization

  • Lead product launch preparation together with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.
  • Develop product documentation, presentations, product briefs, FAQs, competitive comparisons and sales enablement materials.
  • Train internal teams, partners and distributors on product capabilities, positioning and use cases.
  • Support pricing, packaging, licensing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track product adoption, customer feedback and product performance after launch.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and maintain an understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Monitor developments in areas such as ransomware protection, endpoint security, hardware security, data protection, AI-driven cybersecurity and storage security.
  • Identify market gaps and recommend opportunities for product differentiation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, with experience in Product Management, Product Development, Solutions Engineering, Technical Product Management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise technology, embedded systems, storage technology, hardware security or related technical products.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear customer and business requirements.
  • Experience working closely with engineering or R&D teams to deliver technology products.
  • Experience preparing product requirements, specifications, roadmaps, user stories or product documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
