We’re looking for a Taiwan Operations Lead / Technical Program Manager to set up our presence in Taiwan and coordinate our external engineering, supply-chain and ODM partners there. This role reports to senior management and works directly with our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

Responsibilities

  • Program coordination: Track schedules, deliverables and risks across external design partners and OSAT/substrate vendors.
  • Demo systems: Build MPU demonstration boards and servers, and customer Proof of Concept (POC) platforms.
  • Ecosystem and customers: Open and develop channels with OEM/ODM manufacturers, run regular partner meetings, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Supply-chain coordination: Manage commercial terms and schedules with packaging, test and board manufacturing vendors.
  • GTM support: Work with the GTM team on customer engagements and launch plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with OEM/ODM design-in processes and the hardware supply chain (packaging, test, board manufacturing).
  • Experience planning and running customer POCs or demo systems with R&D teams.
  • Experience setting up or scaling a regional office or team is preferred.
  • Able to travel frequently between APAC.
  • Business-level Mandarin, because the role works daily with Mandarin speaking partners and vendors.

Benefits: 18 days of annual leave, Annual Wage Supplement, performance bonus, eligibility for the employee share option plan, and medical benefits.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
