The posting

Company Overview: -

  • Basic Up to: $3600 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport
  • Tuas
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Supervise waste receiving, unloading, segregation, and distribution activities to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.
  • Inspect incoming waste streams to verify their suitability for the designated treatment processes.
  • Conduct routine plant inspections to monitor process efficiency, workplace safety, staff discipline, machinery conditions, and compliance with 5S and TPM practices.
  • Review existing workflows, operational procedures, and departmental performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures.
  • Evaluate and optimize waste treatment methods to reduce operational costs and maximize waste recovery, reuse, and resource value.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Emergency Response Team during emergency activations at the plant or customer sites.

You will need: -

  • Min Degree in Engineering
  • Min 1 year relevant exp
