Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot power supply failures, identify root causes and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Perform testing, diagnosis and repair of defective electronic units to ensure product reliability.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support by assessing customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Analyse technical issues and communicate repair findings, product information and solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely technical support and effective resolution of customer issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Preferably with hands-on experience in power supply repair, electronic troubleshooting or equipment servicing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical faults and recommend practical solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team.
