We are seeking a Technology Finance & Workforce Planning Analyst to support financial control, resource planning and management reporting. You will partner with platform leads and internal stakeholders to ensure financial and workforce data is accurate, timely and ready to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Build, Maintain and Operate financial reporting, covering actuals, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Support month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and flash reporting.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation, consolidation and management reporting.
- Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and Strategic Cost Management savings.
- Analyse financial and workforce data to provide clear insights for management decisions and governance reviews.
- Coordinate resource demand and supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
- Track hiring requests from submission and approval through to onboarding and closure.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, including staff movements, work classifications, team allocations and organisational structures.
- Monitor vacancies, hiring progress, attrition and resource movements, escalating gaps and exceptions promptly.
- Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimisation across locations, employment types and vendors.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve data, process and operational issues.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology finance and/or workforce management; banking experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and workforce data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.
- Highly organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and follow issues through to closure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
