The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to introduce the company’s loan and financing solutions.
  • Understand customers’ needs and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Answer enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work towards individual and team targets.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to handle rejection professionally.
