The posting

Location: Hougang Duration: 1 Oct 2026 – 31 Mar 2027 Pay: $10/hr Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days, office hours
  • Every Saturday: Half day

Job Scope:

  • Attend to patient enquiries and assist with navigating the healthcare system
  • Provide assistance such as wheelchair support and way-finding
  • Monitor and tag fall-risk patients; issue masks and take temperatures when required
  • Guide patients on self-service kiosks and mobile applications
  • Assist with height, weight and blood pressure measurements
  • Help eligible patients complete medical questionnaires
  • Handle general patient enquiries and other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any fields
  • Comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkup
