Job Summary

Support the whole recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles in the healthcare industry while ensuring smooth onboarding and team operations. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates for the healthcare industry
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct first-round phone screenings to evaluate candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Guide successful candidates through onboarding processes and contract signing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Enjoys engaging people from all walks of life
