📢 Temporary Executive – Hawker Centre Operations x1

💰 Salary: $14.50–$15.70/hour (approximately $2,639–$2,857/month)

📅 Contract Duration: 6 months

🗓️ Start Date: Immediate

⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week, including night shifts when required

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork in hawker centres.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese; dialects are an advantage.
  • Customer service or hawker centre experience is preferred.
  • Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect hawker centres for cleanliness, maintenance and compliance.
  • Address stallholder feedback and operational issues.
  • Conduct night inspections and monitor late-night deliveries.
  • Monitor operator performance and coordinate incident reporting and emergencies.
  • Handle stallholder enquiries and follow up on operational concerns.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records and provide administrative support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
