Job Overview

We are looking for friendly and proactive individuals to provide frontline assistance to patients at a healthcare facility. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable guiding patients in using digital healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote the HealthHub app and assist patients with downloading and accessing the application.
  • Guide patients in using self-registration kiosks and self-payment kiosks.
  • Educate patients on available mobile payment options.
  • Provide general assistance and support to patients as required.
  • Approach patients proactively to offer guidance and answer basic queries.
  • Help ensure patients have a smooth and convenient experience when accessing digital services.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable assisting patients with basic digital applications and self-service kiosks.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Able to commit to the required contract period.
