The posting

We're hiring Test Technicians to support product testing and troubleshooting at an established manufacturing company in Tampines!

Salary & Working Hours

  • Basic salary up to $4,500/month (commensurate with experience)
  • Day shift allowance: $12
  • Night shift allowance: $24
  • Meal and transport allowance: $16
  • Location: Tampines
  • 4-day work week after training
  • 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Training: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, approximately 1 month

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform functional testing on assembled products
  • Operate testing equipment and troubleshoot failures
  • Identify and report technical issues
  • Record test results and maintain documentation
  • Support engineers with troubleshooting activities

Requirements

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in testing, troubleshooting or manufacturing preferred
  • Familiar with testing equipment and technical procedures
  • Able to work rotating shifts
