Are you passionate about building trusted client relationships and assisting ultra-high-net-worth families in their quest for asset protection and successful succession planning? As a member of our Client Service Team, located in our Singapore office, you’ll be a valued part of an expanding independent trust company renowned for its dynamic approach to Financial Services.
This role offers the opportunity to work with & learn from Client Services, Accounting, Compliance and Wealth Planning/Legal professionals on an interesting, diverse and ever-growing portfolio of UHNW families and individuals.
This role would also be well suited to any candidate with Corporate-Secretarial experience, who is wishing to branch out into a wider Fiduciary/trustee role.
Candidates of varied levels of skillset, knowledge and experience will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration of international mandates (principally trusts and companies) and connected financial affairs, liaising with clients, advisors, third party service providers and family offices throughout Asia.
– Take an active role in trust management and develop long-term & multi-generational relationships with families and their advisors
– Maintaining and developing personal contact with clients, advisors and other related parties. This includes the option to travel in and around Asia, supporting the Trust Managers
– Taking and recording of fiduciary decisions on the mandates assigned, within Company guidelines
– Liaising with staff in our global offices,
– Co-ordination of mandate specific transactions with bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents and/or consultants
– Via active involvement, develop your knowledge of investing in a diverse subset of asset classes, including fixed income, equities, crypto-currency, real estate, art, yachts and aeroplanes

ABOUT YOU
Trust Administrator (Staff Level)
· 0–3 years of experience in trust, corporate services, fiduciary, banking, legal and/or Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field
· Excellent organizational, and administrative skills
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
· Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team
· Professional communication skills and client-focused mindset
Trust Officer (Executive / Associate Level)
· 3–5 years of experience in the administration of trusts and corporate structures
· Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of international clients and structures
· STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is preferred
· Strong technical knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration
· Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and manage multiple priorities
· Experience and knowledge of Company Secretarial tasks, including preparation of minutes & resolutions and maintenance of ACRA filings.
