The posting

Our client is an established and growing enrichment centre looking for dedicated and motivated Tutors / Teachers to join their teaching team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with children and want to build a career in education. Training and curriculum support will be provided, making this suitable for both experienced educators and candidates with strong potential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured and engaging lessons that build students’ academic foundations
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to participate and learn confidently
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different students’ learning needs and abilities
  • Motivate students and provide guidance to help them achieve their learning goals
  • Conduct trial lessons for prospective students and provide a positive learning experience
  • Monitor students’ progress and maintain appropriate learning records
  • Communicate professionally with parents regarding students’ progress and development
  • Participate in curriculum planning, teacher training and team discussions
  • Contribute ideas to improve teaching methods, classroom experience and student outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Prior teaching, tutoring or classroom experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and comfortable working with children
  • Positive, patient and responsible attitude
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Genuine interest in education and helping students develop their confidence and abilities

Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

💰 Salary: $3,800 – $6,000

📅 Working Schedule: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend days

📍 Working Locations: Islandwide
