Job Title: Electron Beam Evaporation Technician / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Electron Beam Evaporation equipment for thin-film deposition production.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic servicing to ensure stable and reliable operation.
  • Measure and verify thin-film thickness using appropriate measurement instruments.
  • Monitor process parameters and product quality to ensure compliance with production specifications.
  • Maintain equipment records, production documentation, and process data.
  • Follow established safety procedures and cleanroom operating requirements.

Requirements & Technical Skills

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in thin-film deposition processes, such as sputtering or electron beam evaporation, would be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, thin-film deposition processes, and equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Experience in thin-film thickness measurement and inspection is an advantage.
  • Practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and support production activities in a manufacturing environment.
