Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and check incoming goods and assist with proper storage and organisation.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare goods for delivery or collection.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods using appropriate handling procedures.
  • Label and store goods in their designated locations for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
  • Participate in stock counts, stock checks and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with stock transfers and other day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures, safety requirements and company guidelines.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods or safety concerns to the supervisor.
