Warehouse Operations Team Leader

Location: Woodlands, Singapore Basic Salary: Up to $3,200 Gross Salary: Up to $3,800 (Including Allowances & OT) Working Days: 4-3-3-4 Shift Schedule Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.
  • Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
  • Ensure operational targets and KPIs are met.
  • Resolve operational issues during shifts.
  • Train and guide staff on SOPs, WMS and workplace safety.

Job Requirements

  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.
  • Forklift license is an advantage.
