⏰ Working Hours

πŸ•’ 12-hour shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern:

  • Group 1: Work Sun – Tue + Alternate Wednesday
  • Group 2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thu – Sat

πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities

βœ… Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts. βœ… Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations. βœ… Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved. βœ… Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch. βœ… Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations. βœ… Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists). βœ… Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes. βœ… Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety. βœ… Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence. βœ… Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.

βœ… Requirements

βœ” Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management. βœ” Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics operations team. βœ” Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems. βœ” Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. βœ” Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
