The posting

Wine & Bubbles Pte. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Wine Sales Executive to join our growing business in Singapore.

We are a specialized wine merchant focused on fine wines from France, with a strong emphasis on Burgundy, Champagne, Bordeaux and Rhône. Our portfolio ranges from accessible quality wines to some of the most sought-after producers and estates.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wine, enjoys building relationships and, most importantly, is motivated by sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and actively grow our customer base in Singapore
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Sell to both private clients and trade customers, including restaurants, hotels and other F&B establishments
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Present and recommend wines according to customers' preferences, requirements and budgets
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, offers and customer orders
  • Introduce new arrivals, allocations, pre-orders and special offers to customers
  • Maintain good knowledge of our portfolio, stock availability and pricing
  • Assist with wine tastings, customer events and other sales activities when required
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in wine sales, F&B, hospitality, retail or business development is preferred
  • Good knowledge of wine is an advantage; strong interest in wine with a willingness to learn will also be considered
  • Existing knowledge of French wines, particularly Burgundy, Champagne and Bordeaux, would be highly valued
  • Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching new customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of customer relationships
  • Well organized and reliable with good follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and other digital tools for customer communication
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Eligible to work in Singapore
