Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily woods operations.
  • Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
  • Inspect crafts to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
  • Train staff on proper crafting methods and safety procedures.
  • Manage manpower, work schedules, and attendance.
  • Handle client feedback and report operational issues to management.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage and supervise a team of cleaners.
  • Knowledge of wood crafting and making of boxes
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
