Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure compliance with the WSH Act and all related statutory legal legislations to maintain workplace safety.
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and take corrective actions; prepare detailed inspection reports for project team follow-up.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, produce comprehensive reports, and recommend effective remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver in-house safety training sessions and lead daily toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness among workers.
- Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate safety hazards on site proactively.
- Collaborate closely with Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO) and safety personnel to uphold compliance standards.
- Apply for and manage permits to work prior to commencement of tasks to ensure authorized and safe operations.
- Participate actively in mass safety talks and safety promotion activities to foster a culture of safety.
Required competencies and certifications
- WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to present a professional image and act in the best interests of the Company.
- Availability to start work immediately or within short notice.
