Job Description

At DPR, roles and responsibilities are more than describing a job title—they are a commitment to building great things together. The job description(s) below defines core responsibilities and the scope of the role and is a starting point. Every employee is expected to lead from where they are, take ownership of outcomes, and always act in the best interest of the team, customer, project and organization.

As a purpose-driven organization on a journey to be most admired, we rely on trust, shared leadership, open communication, disciplined action and a deep respect for the individual to drive exceptional performance. Job Summary: Supports branch leadership by helping manage daily operations and workflow execution to ensure reliable service and operational continuity. Reinforces established best practices and procedures related to inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy, escalating issues as appropriate. Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong business partnerships in support of branch objectives. Supports branch financial performance through proactive business report review and associated backend operational processes to ensure financial accuracy, margin optimization, and effective service execution.

Key Responsibilities: Supports team development by reinforcing established best practices and procedures, providing routine performance guidance, and assisting with scheduling, workflow coordination, and task assignment. Supports daily branch operations including customer order fulfillment, vendor coordination, equipment and supply tracking, invoicing, and billing activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitors inventory and asset management activities, purchasing, rental, and sales documentation as needed, to ensure procedural compliance and data accuracy. Maintains working knowledge of construction site needs, supply and equipment inventory, and service line offerings to serve as a resource for customers and internal team members. Reviews business reports to support branch financial performance, ensuring accurate pricing, contracts, billing, and timely reconciliations, and by using report insights to support operational efficiency and service quality. Coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support high quality service delivery, resolution of routine operational issues, and finding timely solutions for our customers and partners. Promotes branch compliance with safety, security, and company policies while supporting facility standards and maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
