Das könnte dein Anteil an der Mission sein:

  • Identifizierung und Ansprache neuer potenzieller Standort-Partner, sowohl mittels Warm- als auch Kalt-Akquise (Direkt Ansprache, Cold-Calling)
  • Vor Ort Beratung und Konzeptpräsentation bei potenziellen Standort-Partnern
  • Einhaltung bestehender Prozesse und Erfassung erforderlicher Daten im CRM System
  • Selbstständige Vertragsverhandlung, Vertragserstellung und Vertragsabschluss mit Standort-Partnern

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen im Außendienst
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Freude am arbeiten im digitalem Umfeld agilen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Kundenorientierte, kooperative Arbeitsweise und Überzeugungskraft in Verhandlungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Wohnort in der Nähe von Erfurt
  • Bereitschaft zur Außendiensttätigkeit (ca. 80%) inkl. ca. zwei Übernachtungen/ Woche
