Unser Data-&-Analytics-Bereich wächst stark - und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Deine Aufgaben: Du gewinnst neue Kunden und Projekte im Bereich Data-, Reporting- und Analytics-Lösungen. Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und priorisierst Leads und baust deine Sales-Pipeline eigenständig auf und pflegst sie. Du steuerst den Vertriebsprozess ganzheitlich von der Erstansprache über Präsentationen und Angebotsverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss. Du analysierst die Kundenanforderungen in Reporting, Controlling und Analytics und entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte. Du arbeitest eng mit den internen Teams aus Data & Analytics, Sales, Projects, Product & Innovation und Backoffice zusammen. Du beobachtest Markt- und Technologietrends im Bereich Data & Analytics und gibst dein Wissen aktiv im Sales-Team weiter. Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management, Consulting oder Lösungsverkauf, idealerweise im Data-, Analytics- oder Software-Umfeld Freude an aktiver Neukundenakquisition und am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, KPIs und Reporting-Anforderungen Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten-Themen verständlich zu erklären Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten Unternehmerisches Denken und der Anspruch, die Umsatzziele eigenständig zu erreichen Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung kombiniert mit Erfahrung in Beratung oder Verkauf Kenntnisse von Abacus, BI-Tools oder Reporting-Lösungen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss Deine Benefits: Sorgfältige Einarbeitung vor Ort und gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Schlanke Strukturen und kurze Wege zu den richtigen Ansprechpersonen Ein Team mit ausgezeichnetem Teamspirit Ein guter Lohn, den du mit deiner Leistung mitbestimmst Übernahme der Krankentaggeld- und Unfallversicherung sowie weitere Benefits
