Arbeitsort: Nidau (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Bei einer Schweizer Telekommunikationsanbieterin mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden verantwortest du zentrale Systeme und die Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur. - Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und technische Betreuung von Splunk und Cribl als zentrale Logging- und Analyseplattformen - Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Monitoring- und Observability-Plattformen (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus) - Mitgestaltung moderner Kubernetes- und Container-Plattformen mit Rancher, Helm, ArgoCD, HAProxy und Traefik - Konzeption, Umsetzung und Pflege von Ansible-Automatisierungen - Mitverantwortung für Datenbankplattformen wie PostgreSQL, MariaDB und MySQL - Definition technischer Standards sowie Mitarbeit an Security-, Betriebs- und Automatisierungsrichtlinien - Technische Verantwortung in Infrastruktur- und Plattformprojekten, Changes, Wartungen und Rollouts - Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 3rd Level; Pikettdienst im Rotationsprinzip Profil: - Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb komplexer Linux-, Container- und Plattformumgebungen - Fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Ansible-Erfahrung - Expertise in Splunk und/oder Cribl - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Monitoring und Observability (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus) - Praxiserfahrung mit Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, ArgoCD, HAProxy/Traefik - Grundkenntnisse in PostgreSQL, MariaDB oder MySQL; Python oder Go von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Geboten werden Homeoffice und flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, ein modernes Büro am Bielersee, unbezahlter Urlaub und Ferienkauf, Unterstützung bei Aus- und Weiterbildungen, flache Hierarchien mit viel Gestaltungsfreiraum sowie Fringe Benefits wie vergünstigte Produkte, Reka-Geld, Halbtax und Sportangebote.
