Arbeitsort: Sursee (hoher Homeoffice-Anteil, Kundeneinsätze vor Ort ca. 10%) Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Im wachsenden SAP-Cloud-ERP-Team eines SAP Competence Centers mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden begleiten Sie Schweizer KMU national und international bei der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition im Bereich Finance und Controlling. Sie leiten Fit-to-Standard-Workshops, analysieren Geschäftsanforderungen und übersetzen sie in Fach- und Systemkonzepte. Sie konfigurieren nach SAP Best Practices und Clean-Core-Prinzipien, implementieren Lösungen wie Central Invoice Management oder Advanced Financial Closing und übernehmen Verantwortung für Teilprojekte vom Konzept über die Tests bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Zudem entwickeln Sie die Finance-Prozesse der Kunden weiter, bringen Digitalisierungsideen ein und unterstützen bei Bedarf das Sales-Team in Presales-Terminen und Demos. Profil: Sie haben erste Projekterfahrung in der FI/CO-Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (eine SAP-Zertifizierung ist ein Plus) und sind mit SAP Activate und standardisierten Cloud-Implementierungsmodellen vertraut. Sie verfügen über ein fundiertes Verständnis von Rechnungswesen und Controlling, idealerweise mit Kenntnis der Schweizer Besonderheiten (z. B. MWST, Swiss GAAP FER), sowie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finance oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung. Sie sprechen verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch (mind. B2), moderieren gerne Workshops, arbeiten selbständig, analytisch und teamorientiert und haben Wohnsitz in der Schweiz oder eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung.
