Arbeitsort: Weinfelden (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Business-Applikationsteams (12 Mitarbeitende) mit Schwerpunkt SAP. In der Rolle als Solution Architect DACH definierst du das Applikationsportfolio des Unternehmens, evaluierst neue Applikationen gemeinsam mit der Business Process Organisation und berätst zu Technologien, Plattformen und Anbieterangeboten. Du bist Schnittstelle zu den Application Ownern im Business sowie zu Outsourcing-Partnern (u. a. SAP Basis), übernimmst Teilprojektleitungen, planst und koordinierst technische Systemanpassungen und -erweiterungen, stellst die Abstimmung im DACH-Applikationsteam sicher und übernimmst bei Bedarf Pikettdienste. Profil: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Fach oder eine HF-Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP ERP (vertieft in 1-2 Modulen), im Aufbau einer Applikationslandschaft als Solution Architect sowie in der Führung von Teams an unterschiedlichen Standorten bringst du mit. Du zeigst Interesse an neuen Technologien und deren Anwendung im Business-Alltag, kommunizierst sehr gut, arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend und bist zu rund 20% reisebereit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
