Arbeitsort: Bern (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Im Projekt zur Digitalisierung der Schweizer Justiz sind Sie für den stabilen Betrieb einer zentralen Fachanwendung zur Bearbeitung und Verwaltung digitaler Justizakten auf einer gemeinsamen PaaS-Plattform verantwortlich, inklusive SLA-Überwachung, Monitoring, Logging und Reporting. Sie steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit dem PaaS-Anbieter, führen regelmässige Meetings, kontrollieren die vereinbarten Leistungen, verfolgen Fehler, managen Eskalationen und verantworten das Kapazitätsmanagement. Sie unterstützen Vertrags- und Controlling-Aufgaben, definieren und setzen den agilen Release-Prozess technisch um (Deployment, Rollback, Change-Koordination), koordinieren Go/No-Go-Entscheide mit dem Product Management und wirken bei Backlog und Sprintplanung mit. Zudem gestalten Sie Betriebsprozesse wie Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Management, steuern mit dem Testmanagement die automatisierten Tests und tragen zur Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen (ISDS, DSG/DSGVO) sowie zu Notfallkonzepten bei. Profil: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (z. B. HF, FH oder Informatiker/in EFZ mit entsprechender Weiterbildung) und mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT-Anwendungen, idealerweise cloud-native mit Kubernetes/Docker sowie ArgoCD, Helm und GitLab. Sie haben Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum) und HERMES, sind lösungs- und umsetzungsorientiert, offen für neue Technologien und regulatorische Themen, behalten auch in intensiven Phasen die Ruhe und arbeiten strukturiert und selbständig. Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse, ein gutes Verständnis der anderen Landessprache und gute Englischkenntnisse. Erfahrung im Justizumfeld ist ein Vorteil. Geboten werden grosser Gestaltungsspielraum in einer sinnstiftenden Tätigkeit mit direkt sichtbarem Nutzen, ein flexibles Arbeitsmodell mit Homeoffice-Möglichkeit, Förderung der Weiterbildung, eine faire und marktgerechte Entlöhnung nach den Regelungen des Kantons Bern sowie mindestens 25 Ferientage.
