Arbeitsort: Aarau Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Als Software Developer im Customer Solutions Team bringen Sie Standardlösung und Kundenbedürfnisse zusammen. Sie verstehen Kundenanforderungen, beurteilen deren technische Machbarkeit und gestalten passende Lösungswege auf Basis des Standards mit. Sie erweitern die Business-Applikationen gezielt mit .NET/C\#, setzen kundenspezifische Funktionen um, analysieren Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und bestehende Komponenten und integrieren Ihre Lösungen sauber. Change Requests und Softwarefehler analysieren Sie und setzen nachhaltige Verbesserungen direkt im Code um. Ihre Lösungen entwickeln und testen Sie im Scrum-Team und begleiten sie bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Profil: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung. Sie kennen sich mit .NET/C\#, Web-Apps (Vue.js oder ähnlich), Datenbanken und SQL (idealerweise T-SQL), Software Design und Clean Code, Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen sowie mit Git, Code Reviews, CI/CD und Scrum aus. Sie verstehen bestehende Systeme schnell, beurteilen technische Lösungsvarianten fundiert, bringen Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative mit und haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
