Location: Zurich (2 days per week in office) Workload: 100% Start: By agreement A double-digit growth cloud business is looking for a highly motivated seller to join its AI Business Solutions team. The solution portfolio spans Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP), Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, so you can bring all your creativity and knowledge to provide world-class solutions to top enterprise customers. Your tasks: You build pipeline by creating and qualifying demand through industry insights, customer engagement and account team alignment. You discover customer challenges and co-create AI-powered solutions with measurable business value. You engage strategic partners and ISVs early to accelerate impact and growth. You build the case for change and secure customer commitment to the transformation vision. You align teams around an end-to-end solution strategy that delivers business outcomes and future growth. You create compelling value-based proposals and lead negotiations to successful outcomes. You ensure a seamless handoff, adoption and value realisation beyond the sale. Your profile: Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field with a few years of such experience Deep understanding of CRM and ERP applications including marketing automation, sales, customer service, field service, finance, supply chain management and commerce Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem and the ability to translate these capabilities into measurable business impact Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and business decision makers Fluency in German Your benefits: A typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland of CHF 131'800 to CHF 192'600 per year A dedicated sales community with adjoining account teammates and support teams Hybrid working with two days per week in the office and less than 25% travel A culture of inclusion built on respect, integrity and accountability
