Je benadert proactief klanten uit segment A, bouwt de samenwerking met hen uit en bent scherp op kansen. In al het contact ga je voor de ultieme klantbeleving en zorg je dat ons platform door klanten zo goed mogelijk wordt benut. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt dat ze met al hun vragen, van ons platform tot logistiek, correct en snel worden geholpen.

Wij zoeken een accountmanager met een passie voor scoren en een tomeloze ambitie. In deze rol krijg je de kans om te schitteren in een competitieve omgeving waar jouw drive en ervaring echt tot hun recht komen. Kom bij ons team en laat zien wat je waard bent!

Samen met jouw collega’s in het Sales team heb jij veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en is er genoeg ruimte voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om gezamenlijk een zo hoog mogelijke klanttevredenheid te bereiken.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Je identificeert en benadert prospects in jouw segment.
  • Je bouwt strategische relaties op en verzorgt end-to-end sales van lead tot aftersales.
  • Je benut inzichten, signaleert kansen en sluit deals passend bij hun ambities.
  • Je zorgt voor een sterke klantbeleving in elk onderdeel van de samewerking

Profiel.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een commerciële instelling.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig: beheerst de Nederlandse taal (zowel in woord als geschrift) uitstekend. Engels is een pré.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent proactief, flexibel en sociaal.
  • Je bent positief en enthousiast.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in en hebt affiniteit met e-commerce.
