Jij bouwt het team dat onze grootste klanten laat groeien.

MyParcel helpt 40.000 webshops elke dag met slimme, persoonlijke verzendoplossingen. We zijn onderdeel van PostNL en groeien in Nederland, België en daarbuiten. Onze grootste klanten zijn de motor van die groei. Daarom zoeken we een Manager Sales die ons Enterprise & Key Accounts-team leidt en zelf het verschil maakt bij die klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je leidt een team van 8-10 accountmanagers en sales support. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de groei van ons enterprise-, key & A-segment: (15.000 - 1.000.000 + zendingen).

  • Team leiden en ontwikkelen: je stuurt op resultaat, coacht on the job en zorgt dat iedereen weet waar we naartoe werken.
  • Groei realiseren: je stelt per top-account groeiplannen op en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor [omzet/retentie/share of wallet] in jouw segment.
  • Zelf aan tafel: bij strategische klanten en grote onboardings ben je zelf betrokken als commercieel gezicht.
  • Klantinzicht omzetten in actie: je vertaalt wat je bij klanten en in de markt ziet naar concrete verbeteringen in product en dienstverlening, samen met Product/IT, Business Development, Finance en Customer Service.
  • Sturen op cijfers: je volgt de KPI’s van je team, signaleert vroeg waar het knelt en verbetert processen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring met enterprise- of key accounts, waarvan een deel als leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar accounts laten groeien en weet hoe je dat ook via anderen bereikt.
  • Je bent een coach die resultaat haalt: direct, besluitvaardig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt aantoonbaar hbo- of wo-opleiding.
  • Pré: ervaring in e-commerce, logistiek of SaaS.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €6.500 en €8000 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
