You’ve delivered major built-form projects. Bring that experience to communities designed around how older Australians want to live.   At Levande, you’ll lead complex retirement living developments in Melbourne, taking ownership of the commercial and delivery decisions that shape each project. Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle with a multidisciplinary team behind you.   Why You Will Be Excited About This Role You’ll lead substantial projects from feasibility through construction and sales. Your experience will help you make sound decisions, resolve delivery risks and keep projects moving while protecting design quality, safety, sustainability and commercial returns.   You’ll have the opportunity to:

Own programme, budget, cash flow and profit return outcomes. Guide feasibility, design, approvals, contracts and construction delivery. Lead consultants, contractors and internal project teams. Contribute to sales and marketing decisions that affect project performance. Coach Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers.

Benefits are subject to eligibility.   What Type of Person Will Be Successful You are currently working as a Senior Development Manager and have delivered built-form projects valued at $80 million or more. Exposure to projects around $200 million will be highly regarded.   You have led complex apartment or other built-form developments through construction. You can analyse Estate Master feasibility models, manage commercial and delivery risk, and lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence.
