About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ICT Project Manager - Service Delivery to oversee the successful delivery of ICT projects and managed services for our customers. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring service excellence, and driving projects to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects in the service delivery domain in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment with service delivery standards.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and communication is clear.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project and service delivery processes.

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a service delivery environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, ServiceNow).
  • Experience in managing infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Understanding of SLAs, OLAs, and contract/vendor management in an IT services context.
  • Exposure to ISO27001, ISO 20000 or other IT service quality standards.
