Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Accounts Receivable / Collection
  • Pengalaman sebagai Supervisor menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memahami proses Accounts Receivable, termasuk aging report dan rekonsiliasi
  • Berpengalaman menggunakan sistem akuntansi (diutamakan Xero)
  • Terbiasa menangani volume penagihan tinggi dan berbagai tipe klien
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing atau staffing
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi (Sales, Finance, Legal)
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (pengolahan data dan reporting)
  • Memiliki karakter proaktif, tegas, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target
  • Teliti, jujur, komunikatif, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan penagihan (collection) kepada pelanggan sesuai jadwal jatuh tempo
  • Memonitor dan mengelola aging piutang secara berkala
  • Menindaklanjuti invoice yang overdue serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait
  • Menyiapkan dan mengirimkan invoice, statement of account, serta dokumen pendukung
  • Melakukan pencatatan dan rekonsiliasi penerimaan pembayaran dari pelanggan
  • Memastikan data piutang tercatat secara akurat di sistem keuangan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Project Management terkait status pembayaran pelanggan
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi data invoice dengan tim accounting setiap bulan
  • Mendukung kebutuhan audit terkait data Accounts Receivable
  • Melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan approval sebelum proses disbursement
  • Melakukan approval disbursement untuk payment gateway tertentu (sesuai kewenangan)
  • Mendukung proses pembukaan dan penutupan bank (jika diperlukan)
