MyRobin.is, a workforce-as-a-service (WaaS) platform that enables businesses to quickly and reliably hire, manage, and scale blue-collar talent across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline business processes, systems, and workflows to drive productivity and minimize operational costs.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business operations with overall company goals.

2. Customer Success and Relationship Management:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Lead the customer success team to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and leverage them to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Weekly report to client
  • Quarter Catchup with Client's Top Management

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide strong leadership to the operations and customer success teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for team members, regularly monitoring progress and providing feedback.
  • Mentor and develop team members, identifying training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the department.

4. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and adapting business operations accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing business operations and customer success functions in the staffing industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
