We offer a wide range of positions at our Irondequoit and Webster campuses.  St. Ann's Community Offers: · Full time Day & Evening Shifts - Starting rate - $18.50/hr.· $4/hr. Evening/Night Differential· $6/hr. All Weekend Shifts Differential  · Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarship Opportunities · Dental, Health & Vision · 403(b) Retirement Plan · Career growth – get paid to become an LPN or RN  Job Description: · Provide high quality, individualizes patient care in collaboration with our nursing team · Take initiative while assisting and maintaining patient care · Assist the resident in activities necessary as per individualized care planning · Transport Elders to and from activities · Perform evaluation and reporting · Provide resident and family with emotional support individualized care planning · Receive/give reports to team members/team leaders to appropriate professional staff  Candidate Requirements: · Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) - Required · Minimum of 1 year experience working with Elders - Preferred · Ability to work in a team oriented work group · Proficient in various computer programs and Medical Records Documentation system  Join us in Caring for the Most Important People on Earth
