Du verbindest Marken, Menschen und Social Media – und bringst Strategie, Exzellenz und Teamentwicklung auf das nächste Level.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Talent Management Teams und entwickelst unsere Mitarbeitenden durch Coaching, Feedback und gezielte Förderung kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Management entwickelst du den Bereich Talent Management strategisch weiter, optimierst Prozesse und setzt neue Standards im Artist Management.
  • Du verantwortest die erfolgreiche Steuerung aller Talent-Kampagnen – inklusive Budget-, Ressourcen-, Zeit- und Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Strategisch steuerst du unsere Key Talents durch maßgeschneiderte Marken- und Wachstumsstrategien sowie wichtige Karriereentscheidungen. Auf der operativen Seite entdeckst du neue Talente für unser Roster und begleitest deine Artists zu besonderen Events.
  • Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Marken, Agenturen und Partner:innen auf, akquirierst neue Kooperationen und führst Vertrags- sowie Budgetverhandlungen auf Entscheider:innen-Ebene.
  • Du analysierst Performance-Daten, Markttrends und KPIs, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und erstellst strategische Reportings zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung im Talent Management, Influencer Marketing oder Account Management auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite.
  • Du hast bereits Teams erfolgreich geführt und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, zu fördern und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen.
  • Du kennst die Social-Media-Landschaft, die Creator Economy und aktuelle Plattformtrends und kannst dieses Wissen strategisch einsetzen.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Kampagnen sowie im Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement mit.
  • Du führst Verhandlungen souverän auf Management-Ebene und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches sowie vertragliches Verständnis.
  • Du arbeitest datenbasiert, analysierst KPIs sicher und leitest daraus fundierte Entscheidungen ab.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine empathische, verbindliche und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit sowie ein professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Talents, Kund:innen und internen Stakeholdern.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um mit internationalen Talenten und Kund*innen zu kommunizieren.
